Ricoh ProC9100, Embossed Paper?

Got a request for a job that would be printing on supplied sheets of 65# uncoated cover, 6.25 x 9.25 and the sheets are embossed, I believe where they are embossed is also the area I will have to print. Anyone have any experience with this? And will it work? At this point I told my salesman I'll have to have a few sheets to test but I'm guessing it won't work. Thanks.

I have seen some pretty heavily textured stuff work but I have not had anyone try something embossed. Let's see the results after you try it!

Thanks msaeger and gsbatch; I told my sales guy to get me some samples, so if he comes through I'll let you know how it worked out.

OK guys; test completed and it seems to run with no problems. Tested with 60 sheets and no feed issues and also no print issues. It's really hard to see the embossed area and the embossment is really slight. I think they would be better off having me just print a slight gray screen for an embossed effect rather than this. But anyway it works and I'll be printing this order.

Thanks for posting the results!

Now that you got it to work once the flood gates are open get ready for more orders :)
