Consider MacDermid LUX ITP 60 and Dupont Cyrel Easy EFX/ESX. And for very fine details consider the Apex GTT anilox rolls and Hamillroad Bellissima DMS screening.

(Note: I have had some involvement with Apex and Hamillroad)
