Extremely fine vector line art - printing on clear plastic sheets

Seeking advice for the best practical method for short run printing.

Possibly UV printing on semi-rigid, durable, transparent plastic substrate.

Fine lines, thickness of at least 0.1 mm / 4 mil/ .004" must stay very sharp.

You might look for a shop that has a flatbed swissQ, they might be able to hold something that fine.
