Hello I have problem when printed on taccato paper that antallis recomened 260% TIC but my prepress workflow is Fogra39l. How I can do?

When you say you have a problem printing on Toccata paper (gloss coated), do you mean drying issues, like setoff, blocking, rubbing?
Fogra 39 TIC/TAC is 300%.

Out of curiosity, are you using anti-setoff spray powder, or in-line AQ or water-base coating?
I know you think a prepress solution is needed but there may also be other press solutions too.

Pretty much every profiling application allows you to impose a total ink limit/area coverage ("TAC") setting for the profile. But also keep in mind that you will need a device link profile to manage exceptions to the separation. In this case you can either build the lower TAC setting into the destination profile based on Fogra 39, or use the standard ISO Ctd (Fogra 39) profile and set a lower TAC in the DLP to override. You can also purchase device links that address this issue as well as provide varying black generation settings.
