Polar 92 emc

We have a polar 92 emc-mon.
When i put 500 mm in it cut at 498 mm, how can we correct this.

Hi sir;
Sorry for my delay my wife died from cancer 4 days ago.

There issuse mechanical +electronic with this machine.

I have service manual, for that you DO IT YOURSELF , FIX IT.

However do this; 1) clean very well and carefully the Linear Measuring system LMS.

2) aDJUSTING SCREW AT MEASURING SLIDE

3) In the PI Posisitiong interface board look the LED V15 RED OFF
lights about 0.5 sec. when REFERENCE POINT IS OVERRUN !!

4) Backgauge is NOT paralell to 1) Knife 2) table is NOT level.
