This is a full width array CCD error.
I pulled out the cooling module with the glides fully extended
Carefully wiped down the full width array glass with a toner cloth
Sprayed it with canned air
restarted the press with the engine door open
Error has not come back.

It would be nice, since information is skant on a lot of issues I see and sometimes solve.
