I know the Duplo line most can do that size. Be carefull of what you buy. Great deals are not always supported for parts and service.

Our plockmatic Morgana goes down to 5.5in tall by 4.25in wide but not sure if it’ll go smaller. Having said that if I I had a do over I would have spent more on a different machine.

Even at the 4.25in wide the face trim can leaves rubber marks on the final prints so we usually end up hand trimming from 5.5 to 4.25 on a guillotine if the book is too thick.

The number of shoddy bad parts that had to be replaced in the first year was high. Mostly just parts that were made too thin. The repair delay time and service on it was also high. We waited months frequently to get things diagnosed properly and repaired. To get a service plan was around $15k/year and Financially, we would have been better off to buy a more expensive machine.

Our duplo dbm 150 says it will do 4.73”wide by 8.27” long sheet size, and will face trim up to .79”. So I think your book should be possible.

Or a LESS expensive machine, if the machine you have is what I think it is. I hear of nothing but problems with Plock, and they were more than 3x as expensive as the Duplo we bought. Just yesterday our Ricoh tech was in here and the service manager showed up, and they were both bitching about how most of their calls and problem customers are because of plock.

Our duplo we use handfed, and in 3 years use it hasn’t had one issue.
