Switch from Adobe to Affinity...?

I'm hoping Affinity can improve/simplify their current implementation of data merge.

This was addressed in the new updated version yesterday. I haven't personally used it yet, but based on the demo, the new variable data function looks great.

And still, Photos is not scriptable.

Affinity is well aware of this shortcoming.

This was also addressed in the update they announced yesterday....scripting is coming very soon for full automation.
