konica C4065 LU-202XL/m paper tray don't accept 350gms?

Hello , i have Konica C4065 with LU-202XL/m tray when i want to print 350gms, it does not accept 350gms
pls there is a solution for this

What size sheet are you trying to print?

If it's like our Xerox any banner length sheets have a max weight of 220gsm. But I just set the weigh to this and then load the 350gsm and it works fine.

No i want just print 33x48cm not banner, but i can't choose 350gms just 300gms

According to the below booklet that LU-202XL/m is only rated up to 300gsm.
I'd just set it to 300gsm and it should be fine.

I doubt the OP has a bypass tray. Furthermore I'd recommend against this approach, as the registration on the manual tray (on any machine) is typically inconsistent. I remember this well from years ago when we started with MFPs - sitting beside the thing using fingers on the trailing edge to assist registration of heavier stocks.

On the Konica Minolta office copier line, you don't choose GSM in the same way as the production line. Instead, you select Thick 1, Thick 2, Thick 3, etc...I'm guessing that's where @ImprintNext is getting this from. See screenshot below:
