Scratch lines on Versant 280

I believe that its the plastic baffles after the decurler rollers what causes these thin scratch lines. Doe anyone else suffer from this? It seems to happen now and again, but yesterday when running some SYNAPS it was really proud bang in the middle and it was only single sided. It's mainly noticeable on solid colours more, especially dark.

Do you see broken baffles that line up with the scratches? We had a scratch issue caused by broken plastic baffles in the cooling module of our V3100 last year.

We get lots of tiny scratches whenever we print heavy black coverage (it could just be that it's not as noticeable on every colour). Not tried detaching the finishing equipment to see if that solves it but will give it a go.
