Hi all,
I'm a carton printer and am having some problems with press loads sticking towards the bottom. We are a carton printer and running mostly 18 pt. CRB. If the loads (3,000 sheet loads) are sitting less than a week, there is no problem, but if it is longer, it becomes an issue. We are aerating loads before going in the die cutter feeder. On these older loads, if you run your hand across the sheet, you don't really feel the powder on top of the sheet. If you feel a sheet that is near the top, you can feel the powder just fine. Has anyone come across this? It seems like the powder is getting pushed into the clay coating after sitting a while. Is that even possible? We are running a 450 coated powder.
