    PDF not ripping at OCE_Aspose

Hey prepressdork. Unfortunately I cannot because its a time sensitive financial report with private information from a banking institution. I think I may have a solution utilizing Acrobat's preflight panel: Convert to PDF/X-4 (Coated FOGRA39) Analyze and fix. I'll try it out this Friday. I was...

    PDF not ripping at OCE_Aspose

We are having issues with PDFs not ripping at our OCE presses. When checking properties (Windows machine) I've noticed the creator is Aspose. Did a little research and found out it's an online PDF creator. To some success I've used Pitstops Scrubber v2 to rip out some garbage and metadata and...

Java and Sequences, picked up from an older version of Acrobat. So my next thing is to remove them and see what happens...

Acrobat-Pitstop Toolbar keeps loosing my toolset but adding its own tools.

I have the latest Adobe Acrobat 2022.003.20281 and the latest Pitstop Pro 22 update1 installed on at least 9 users computers running Mac OS 11.7.1. Can't upgrade the OS because of other legacy apps. Most have experienced loosing their toolbar set after restarting both the application and/or...

Anyone still using a Postscript workflow?

We have an account on a PC and the files they send over never have embedded fonts and a few other issues. Although I'm not sure but most of the files are PDf's created out of Word or Excel. We postscript every job that way. Usually 20 pages or less financial reports and then distill them. Clears...

Thanks all for the help. I got an email from our programming guru and he came up with a Javascript to accomplish what the prepress team needed. I'll check into to it later.
