I have a Xerox Docucolor 252 w/embedded fiery. Machine seems to copy okay but keep getting error code 127-210 when printing. Anybody know what this is?

schwarzmuller, Can you print anything from your machine? Does your computer see the copier?

I was wondering what the difference is between the DC 252 and 250. Image quality differences or options?

Is the ROS something that I can clean or is it definitely a service call.

What gets me is I 'm not even close to using my machines to the max, yet dealers keep coming in to try and sell me a new machine.

Printed 70% c,m,y,k shows up in the colors but not the black. black seems okay.

With a second set of eyes looking at the prints all colors printed at 100% (C,M,Y) have the line or stripe but not 100% black. Also the line does not move it is in the same position every time lead edge to tail edge.

100% black prints okay it looks like 100% magenta is okay as well the problem is definitely cyan and possibly yellow
