    Xerox DocuColor 252 for purchase

Having a service agreement on your Docucolor is highly recommended. You can get help from your tech to calibrate and adjust the machine so colors match (more or less). Im not shure if you know, but Docucolor 240/242/250/252/260 is all basically the same machine, but different speed.

Mac Workstations - What are you using? Future Plans?

Max in the biggest imac is 16GB, so i might do the upgrade a little down the road. Anyone know if you can add RAM to the imac yourself? I read about the new Retina Macbook, and on that machine the RAM is welded directly to the board.

Mac Workstations - What are you using? Future Plans?

I have a 27" imac coming my way at the end of the month. Its the fastest model (3,4 i7) with 8GB ram. PrintIt: How much RAM is in yours? Hoping 8gb will be enough. I dont think its likely that the pro series will disappear. Its good revenue for Apple, and many big industries rely on pro macs.

Need advice on what digital printers to buy

X260 = Xerox Docucolor 260. If you get a good deal with a service provider (you need a service contract) then i can also recommend the Xerox. The Docucolor 240/242/250/252 etc. also will do the job, just different speed. 260 = 60 ppm, 240 = 40 ppm etc. My best advises: - Visit your local Xerox...

    Digital Technology Advice

I whould have started with some kind of analysis of the workflow and customer needs. Its very tempting to create big flashy systems for w2p etc, but at the end of the day it boils down to what your customers are comfortable with. I have worked with a variety of web clients over the years, and...
