What exactly are you trying to do? Is it to produce a single-page PDF from a Multi-Page Document (ie: Give me a PDF of Page 18 of 32) or are you asking for 32 Single-Page PDFs from a 32 Page Document (ie: One PDF per page)?

have you tried opening up the indesign file in acrobat proffesional? (u could download a trial of it for free from adobe's site). Sometimes when files don't want to open either in illustrator or indesign, i open them in acrobat and they do open. then, you could just save it as a pdf and send it...

I didn't face such problem with my Acrobat 9 works fine I think the problem might be because of plugins If you have installed.
