Another 'low-volume printer search' thread?!?

FWIW, the 751s and 7100s were two or three gens ago, and things have much improved. Banding? What's banding?
Dark streaks in screens and solids running from operator to drive side of machine. As for Ricohs, I do not intend to ever have another. Too problematic and unreliable. I think I have the right to base my opinion on the last two Ricohs I've had. The 7100 was great. At first. But as it aged, the red banding was the biggest issue and they couldn't fix it.

My ricoh c7210 is 3 years running strong - best solids and register of any machine I'veever had. I didn't view your area but I currently have great support. I have a canon c750 and the ricoh color and 8100 for black and white. While no machine is perfect good techs have always solved my quality issues. For the bands running across the short dimension of a 12x18 change grain or paper thickness settings works for me most of the time.
