We have been using it for over 6 years on a KBA Performa 74 . We have tried to run other inks but have not gotten the quality or the colors like we do from Hostmann-Steinberg!!

That is not a rubber sleeve, the rollers are attached to the rod and it comes in one piece. If your replacing it, the whole rod has to be replaced.

We have one that's old as a dinosaur, but it still runs. I had to replace the brushes and such and the blade grinder, but that costs us less than a hundred and it's back up and running no problem!! Rosback still carries a lot of the parts for it>

From time to time I use marathon blanket conditioner on mine. It seems to pull out all the ink and almost gets the rollers back to their original color!!

We use 3M ATG adhesive transfer tape - 987 and never have a problem with our pockets not holding on our coated pocket folders.

Try AGFA , we have an Avalon N4 plate burner and an Azura processor, very small amount of chemical, easy to clean, but I'm not sure on the price but I know it wasn't maybe quarter of the amount of the other processor we just replaced.

You are so right. After being in the printing industry for 25 years, I've learned not everyone is going to be satisfied!! But I've also learned to ask my self while printing a job, " is this good enough that if I was the customer would I pay for this job?" I hope you achieve what you are trying...

I run a 3302 but I use metal plates. I did have a problem at first with it running ink down the sides off of each corner as I was printing. I pulled all rollers out that I was able to gave them a good scrub down. Reset all pressures through out the press. That helped me. It also has a crestline...
