Thanks for your response Lammy. We actually will be using this for spot printing to 4 color process on a KBA, ryobi 3302 , jet press, and 2 ryobi 2800. How do the plates last on a long run? Did you have any problems with scumming or trash showing up? Can you store these plates for future use...

Try adjusting the pile height bar moving it forward a little. Adjust your Back paper stop a little tighter, or mabey try making the bend in your sheet seperators a little longer

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the plateclamps on a Ryobi 3302. When I tighten down the clamps they just don't feel like they are tightening down very well. My plates start slipping out at the slightest adjustment. Help :confused:

Is there any printers or pre-press peeps out there using the AGFA chemical free plates? We are wanting to switch to them but not sure if they are worth it, or if they are even on the market yet! Any help?:D

Thanks I'll try the distilled water. We have a filtration system for the big press so I will get some from that, I'll let you know what happens!!

I'm having a problem with the inks emulsifying on the water rollers, which is causing the plates to have a water build up especially when running a solid, or a metalic ink.

Now I know why I get the looks I do by other printers....I'm in the 1% class, but I've been doing it for 20 years!!;) And I must say I love PRINT PLANET!!!
