Some machines use a roller wheel to crease sheets but others use a creaser bar male/female to crease. The bars offer a better less cracking crease. See if you can find a used Duplo 445/446 creaser. Its auto feed compact and does a good job.

Something like Simple green to clean rollers. Scrub with a cloth let dry. They are like $130 each I think. Its best to replace all the sponge rollers at once but if you cant because of cost do something like the first 3 skip 2 then do like 3 more. But good rollers keep control of the sheet...

It wont adjust the side to side but length is called shrinkage. You enter the length of the sheet and then add/subtract to match the image on the cards. It moves the cuts a tiny bit to compensate for the image shift.

You might have to lie about the length of the sheet. 18" maybe 18 1/8th to allow for that last card to cut or it will error out. However if you go too long it will look for that extra and error out. I think 12x18 your better with 21 cards and 13x19 for the 24 cards. Easier to print a extra sheet...

Duplo sells a CP 375 creaser/folder that can do weights up to 400 gsm in 1 pass. Rather than 2 different machines. Its accurate and fast. Seen lots of them out in the field. Yes a bit $$ but it works.

Is it the power supply? Usually you have 120 going in then 12/24/5 ??volts coming out. Some after market power supplies can get you going. Is it the screen that went bad? I replaced one long time ago on a 37" from Radio Shack was so much cheaper.

Dont do polars but maybe the position sensor is bad. Motor moves the BG and the encoder records the movement via pulses. That sensor gives it a reference point. I just did one on a Baum/polar 66. But mine was sheared off so we knew it was bad.

OH the vertical transport belts. Remove the whole assy up at the top cross rod. Lay it on a table and yes you need to remove one side of all those cross rollers. Easy just time consuming. Replace them as a pair
