Polar 115X

I have a Polar 115X ive been working on for months. The backgauge will not cross the reference point without throwing an error. Error 654 ( No Position Counter Impulses). Other than that the machine is operational. I had a parts machine that I've used to swap every board, and just about everything i can think of. Encoder, SAP, SK, CP, Reference Sensor, and more have been replaced and still get the same error. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Dont do polars but maybe the position sensor is bad. Motor moves the BG and the encoder records the movement via pulses. That sensor gives it a reference point. I just did one on a Baum/polar 66. But mine was sheared off so we knew it was bad.

Yea ive replaced the Reference position sensor as well. Ive done everything that seems logical. Anything in that circuit and more I have replaced. Cant quite figure out whats going on.
