Have your tech do what they call there G7 calibration it will take about 1-2 hrs. It will help with the color shift.

Start a log and keep track of your downtime, money lost etc., it helps if you have good records.

Maybe you need to talk to the Manager or your sales rep. When we place a service call on our 8k's we get a call back from the tech within one hour. If we place the call before 4 p.m. they are here within 2 hours.

We tested Fiery & Creo on our 8000's and the Creo was better for our shop. Every shop has different needs test them both and go with what works best for your production needs.

We use vinyl made by Relyco, Fusion and DiversiPrint they all run good on the C8000. As far as price DiversiPrint is the cheapest Kelly carry the Fusion & DiversiPrint. Relyco you have to order from there web-site.

So true we had to move ours to the back of the warehouse. The guides are a lot better.
