It looks like the Firmware update is not needed. By saying my Acento IIs spits out a plate with no image once every 4 months is not a big deal. It's like a photocopier that has the occasional paper jam I suppose.

At this stage it is starting look like a Firmware update may happen. It has been suggested that a defragging script for the hard drives be put into the system also.

We had a problem with an air leak in hose from the filter to the pump on an Azura C95 which reduced the amount of gum being pumped onto the plates. There was just enough gum to cover the plates when processing but not enough gum to remove the residue off the plates before squeezing the excess...
