Since you already have a need (or wish) to support Xmpie, have you looked at uStore? Only you know how much revenue you think this broker can bring to the table, so I can't speak to cost, but it sure seems like a logical solution to consider.

Matt23- Just so you are aware, I work for a Xerox agency. To get a feel for what you are doing, what type of volume do you anticipate running? The 550 will run those weight stocks nicely, but please be aware that it cannot auto-duplex them. Auto-duplexing on this machine limits out at 65lb...

Have had similar projects in the past. For a couple of them, we actually scanned in a piece of newsprint stock and used that as our background for the design.

PhilM- What RIP do you have on that iGen? Fiery, Creo or FreeFlow?

The cost difference between 100 and 2500 would be very minimal in any case since most of the cost goes into setup.
