Has anyone had a problem with their large format contour cuts being off? Almost .25"! They look fine in the rip, (Versaworks) and everything was hunkydorey on Friday. I printed and cut almost 24 s.f. and those cuts are fine. The machine was shut off for the weekend and then today it's a horror...

That's awesome of you and I appreciate that but co-worker got the updates to load through the Windows 7 menu Start> All Programs > Roland Versaworks and right clicking brought up the online update option. I'm a Mac girl so would never have found that.

I see the updates but I can't download them, I don't know what the problem is. I'm going to call them and have them send me a direct link or soemthing.

@Bishop, thanks for your help but those are for the C550, I'm looking for the C5501. @arosetti, we had no problem connecting through XP, Vista & Snow Leopard. Let me know if you need any help. I guess he pulled the driver directly from the machine.
