10-387 fault code on my DC2060

My DC2060 is displaying a 10-387 fault code. Its probably due to some thermistor problem on the external heat roller. Can someone help please ??
 
Yep overheating.

Will need an engineer to reset the NVMs.

Lots of things that could cause it and not familiar with the 2060 (is it the same as a 6060?!) so probably best to get an engineer to diagnose.
 
Same family as the 6060. The 6060 is a later model. Service house here is closed for this weekend... cannot find an engineer. Got a few jobs to complete. Hoped if someone could help !!
 
As far as I'm aware it needs an engineer (laptop) in order to reset the NVMs... sorry!
