#10 Two color evenlope issue again

Printemaster qm46. running two color. using a justfeed feeder. jamming after 3 or so go in. gettting 11-07, 15-08 codes. I have messed with pile hight, air blast. and tray arrival.

Now it seems it running say 5-10 envelopes then the gripper doesnt pick one up. so it stops at the deliver, and the envelope is all folded up..

It would be helpful if you were able to take a video, upload it to youtube and give us the link. At least maybe take pictures of your setup. There are just too many factors involved to give you advice.

I believe both of those are "jam" codes. They are most likely not your problem....they're just telling you that you have a problem.
