Both non-window and window envelopes have the same issue, even tried double window.

Not yet, I'm afraid. Probably not until the fall is my best guess.

Been holding off on upgrading our current envelope printing solution, I know as soon as I buy something else Ricoh will release this.

No they talked about a modification for the vacuum feed tray but nothing came of it. You may want to ask sales too. Sometimes they get told things before us.

So the envelope jig has been released for the LCIT trays, but that does not fix the issue of the envelopes stopping at the transfer roller, does anyone know how Ricoh has fixed that issue?
