AB Dick Frozen Insert—Help Needed

My AB Dick 9910 has a stripped insert on the blanket cylinder that wont budge with an easy out.
Anybody know any tricks?

K That insert has 2 tabs that need to be bent over to replace bent up to insert and down when installed. That insert is called Helicoil. The out side is threaded and also the inside to mount a blanket. You tube has a wealth of info on them. Here is just one:

It was easy to get in. Getting the old one out was the problem. I had to step drill it out
