AB Dick 4995A stream feeder HELP

I have recently purchased an AB Dick
4995A with a stream feeder. Nobody here can figure out the feed table elevator on this thing.
I have contacted Presstek and not getting anywhere.
I'm trying to dig up a former tech or owner that may be able to provide assistance. Does anyone have the knowledge or know someone that does?

I believe this is the same feeder as the Ryobi 52DI. We used to have one of these, but none of the operators are still here.
Our machine was purchased through Cyber who are the Ryobi agents in this region, you may have more luck contacting them, RMGT or GSNA

Did you ever get this fixed? We are having the same problem. It was working fine but now the feed table will not go up.
