Having issues with image position on some plates. It appears that the plate is not getting into the pins consistently. So the image is either crooked or too far back on the plate. Any idea what would cause this? The holes are punched in the correct position however.

This is because transport dont push strong enough plate into pins. First and main way to solve it - clean green roller (open door, take off (two white screws) upper table plate and clean roller) if you dont see green roller - just clean it and you will see it in green color
If roller is clean, then problem is bit deeper, but still because plate dont go correctly into pins. in this case - better find serviceman who knows it. Maybe plate itself is skewed, table in wrong position or plate and pins are not centered or ...
