Acrobat DC - guides - anyone else having this problem?

If I hit "command R" on my Mac and bring up the ruler. Then, I try to drag a guide onto a PDF...I get the annoying spinning lollipop. VERY consistently.
Anybody else have this? I am on the latest DC running on 10.10.3

OS X 10.10.5 here. Works fine for me.

OS X 10.9.5 here. Seems to work ok.

I will say that if I hold the mouse down on a guide long enough, I do get the spinning lollipop but it doesn't seem to be causing any hang-up's or freezes.

Windows 7 Enterprise - works fine.

OK. I appreciate the feedback. I had to recently do a complete re-install due to 10.10.5 causing major network issues. Went to 10.10.3 and it all got better. I might start over.
