Adjusting Offset of crop marks?

Sometimes we get pdf's that come in and whoever made them put the offset of the crop marks really close to the trim. Is there a way to adjust the offset of the crop marks when you add them in Pitstop?

Remove print marks and than add your own to your specifications.

Unless there is another spot dialog to add the marks, you get no option to specify offset in v13. I looked in the global list and the action list and I can't seem to find where to specify the offset.
