After Exposing Solid film ( Complete Black ) comes out from ECRM Stingray 52/63QS.

Dear Sir,
I am in a trouble with my ECRM Stingray 52/63 ImageSetter. When I Expose a job Solid Film ( Complete Black ) comes out. But spaces between 2 Exposes are clear White. If I auto cut the Film the total un Exposed films are clear white. Only the Exposed Area becomes Solid / Black. But no Error Massage on the Display. Please advice what to do ? I will be ever grateful.
