we have two Konica 8000 presses both of them have the same issue all of a sudden. they are skewing from top top bottom very bad. almost an 1/8" off from top to bottom. Konica has no idea how to fix it??? when printing duplex the front side is straight but the second side is skewed very badly. any ideas?
