agfa 1000 plus output size smaller than actually.

Hi, guys,
I have agfa 1000 plus and agfa star 600 external ripper, Mac 10.4.11 Os, Illustrator 10. There was something wrong since last week, when I out put film. the film size was smaller than actual, For example, real graphic size 116 mm diameter but graphic on film only 80 mm.
I don't know what happen, Need help !!!

When you expose internal machine test is it also shorter than it should?
When did you clean rollers last time?

Internal machine test page size and color both are good, The last clean rolls was 6 month ago, Does matter to it?

I seem to remember that some of the older Agfa rips running Agfaset 3.1.1 had an annoying glitch that set the scaling default from 100:100 to 100:80 or something from time to time, you could take a look at the settings.
