Agfa Avalon LF Thermal .. Laser Problem

Hello guys

I'm way too scared cause of this problem.

The problem are those lines that shows in the entire plate..
It happens from time to time and it doesnt matter the kind or size of plate that i choose.
Also, when this happens, it starts with lines that are hardly seen, but the next plates are notorious like the photo im uploading.

Does anyone have an idea or suggestion for me to try?
Im still learning to use and handle this CTP

I have got your email. I have installed many Avalons LF and know the machine inside out. I will guarantee 100% the issue will be resolved . Just follow my instructions in the email. You shouldn't be doing that yourself. The Laser might be damaged. Let me fix it for you. Rest assured. Sleep Well.

My entire CTP Agfa machine is stored in a warehouse.
