Agfa LithoStar LP82 Plate Processor Replinishment

We have an LP82 that is a little over 5 years old, and all of a sudden we started going through Finisher at a much greater rate than previous. It started right after a major maintenance. We were going through 3-4 jugs of finisher a month, and we have gone through 2 in a little over a week.

Our replenishment rate is still 100ml/m2, and we don't appear to be leaking anywhere. Our chemistry runs through a ProCam filter and then into a drain, so we don't know if we are draining out more (we assume so) or if what is drainig is mostly finisher.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

have you tried back flushing?
Also may need to clean off the sensors that are on the back side of finisher tank near drain.

Back Flushing

We did back flush and clean everything during our major maintenance, last week. At the time we were have temperature fluctuations. Once we finished the maint. the temp problem went away, but this problem showed up. We are thinking of switching to the Azua, processor free, plate.
