do af rollers really make that much difference when going to alcohol substitute. can you switch back and forth with out switching pan rollers

Yep they do. Mainly the durometer (softness) and some have a microscopic patterning. You can switch back and forward OK.

Both. Westland are the best i have seen to date with our fountain solution (Allstar)
