Volaris Group a global web-to-print, estimation, production & prepress automation workflow software provider has completed its 8[SUP]th[/SUP] acquisition, Aleyant Systems, LLC.

Founded in 2005, Aleyant’s flagship product, Pressero, powers some of the most advanced, cloud-based websites, stores & portals for commercial printers, and are deployed in 43 countries with over 690 customers across North America, Europe and Asia. Partners include Canon Solutions America, HP, Fujifilm and Fuji Xerox.

According to David Nyland—President, Communications & Media vertical at Volaris—“We like the great companies we acquire to stay the great companies they are, keeping in place the processes that have made them successful, while leveraging Volaris’ business & financial expertise for continuous improvement. Headquartered in Wheaton, IL, Aleyant will continue to be led by Greg Salzman and the existing management team, with oversight from Volaris.
