According to EFI our Ricoh C5310 does not support A5 tab printing.
Ricoh demoed us A5 tab printing on the C5210, C5310, C7200, C9210 and we do it regularly now on our C5310 and it works well.
Were printing from Totalflow Prep into Command Workstation.
I would like to also use A5 tabs in Fiery Jobmaster and this is where I'm hitting a roadblock with EFI. I've evidenced to them that it prints A5 tabs but they're asking me to get Ricoh to tell them about it. As a small customer to Ricoh I don't expect to get any traction on this.
Any thoughts appreciated!
