Archivable ink on a digital press?

wonderings

Well-known member
I am working on a quote for some diplomas and was asked by the client about archivable ink. I don't think our digital presses have this in the toner/ink used, trying to find answers. We run an HP Indigo 7R and a Kodak Express 3900. Does anyone know any details regarding the toners and their lifespan?

Thanks!

You could pickup an Epson P5000 (casset fed archival photo printer) for about $2000 to run the job with its archival ink and sell the printer used after job completion. Make sure that the paper used is acid free.
