A funeral home is not a good case study for a print shop. Funeral homes have steady business and a bright future, while print shops.....

Unless you're talking about a funeral FOR the print shop.

You got it. The inspiration for this one came from the many seminars that I've attended at trade shows. It seemed that there was always some business guru happy to tell printers that what they were doing business-wise (from lean processes to employee relations) was all wrong that that the guru knows best - even though he had never stepped foot in a printshop. Also, they never seemed to be able to use a printshop success story as a model.

Don't be so sure.

The entire process will soon be easily done via a simple cremation app on your mobile device ($1.94) - in combination with an Amazon drone that will do whatever is necessary on the second stage for $10 (add $2 for laser-driven grave digging, if needed).

The gravestone, of course, will be easily created with your $20 3D printer.
