Avalon-N4 error E417e can you help

We have an Avalon-N4 Screen 4300S.
I was making a set of plates today this error came up The (PH61A-sensor is illegal. The sensor detects a plate during initialization. I took the plate out off the table and it will not reset. can you all help.

Check the sensor and wire from Away side. Probably wire is damaged. Very often problem.

You are right.It was the wiring harness the technician came in and put a new one in and all is good now.
