Azura N8-20s initialize error E3000

We have an Azura N8-20s when we start it up we get and initialize error E3000
We can bypass this by gong into the service section on the control panel and initialize manually and it will run fine.
Anyone know what this E3000 error could be?
No one seems to have seen this error even techs.

Azura is a brand name of plates.
Do you mean Avalon N8?
In this case your machine is OEM Dainippon Screen.
Try use that name for web searching.

Yes sorry it is an Avalon N8-20s searched lots for an initialize error E3000 with no results, all the techs also have no idea what the error code means they have never seen it.
Thinking its a power or cable issue but now one really knows.
Attached is the error on out machine.
