Bad registration on c1085

We had just received our c1085 from a week and we have problem from registration, not good we print 5000 copy two side on 80g paper. when cutting sheet problem on registration appear.
Also fiery ic 308 appear error operation in many time and stop the machine, we need to press start to continue.
Tech say they don't know why machine is stopping. It's stop every 80 sheet printed with error operating appearing on fiery.
Tech suppose that can be from memory wich is less than 4% when machine work.

Can you describe the registration issue more elaborately?

The RIP issues sounds like a memory issue, possibly inside the machine. More likely the memory is faulty, not that it is being overworked.

here are some picture about fiery message when machine stop printing and need to press start button to continue print (it stop 6 time this day on 500 copy order)!!!!
Also why when machine is printing fiery speed is always on 0?
another point is that machine speed is variable under operation, one time it's more than 40 ppm and it slowdown or accelerate under one work !!!

for registration issue, there is two different problem :
1- when printing on both side, there is always one corner that mark up and down don't match about 2mm difference.
2- when cutting stock on mark, there is some blank that appear on some sheet and some cutting mark still appear on stock after cutting.

That's because it's done RIP'ing the file. Call your tech in every day until they solve the issue with it stopping every 80 or so sheets. Other things you'll have to ask your tech to help you fix.

The machine is newly installed and the tech had come 4 time without solving the problem. Today it will come to remove and reinstall completely the RIP. Hope will fix it.
