Blocked .PSD file

Hi, I have a problem with a blocked .PSD file. It says Indexed Color. I cant move anything when I open the file in Photoshop. Please Help!

You need to convert it to RGB colour mode (as Indexed colour mode is considered a subset of RGB). You may or may not have to return it to Indexed Colour mode depending on unknown factors :]
