I'm having an issue , hope someone can help - when I print these die cut hangers I get ( in this instance) blue dots on my green background. also it is mostly on the bottom 2/leading edge of the sheet. I have tried Transfer lead edge/Rear Edge settings and those do not work. any suggestions would be helpful as this is a new stock we have not used , and are wanting to.
My guess is that the die-cut is too much of a perf. and its coming off the fuser .. ? Lifting up just enough to cause the color issue ,, its a rounded SOLID GREEN rectangle and im getting blue dots that appear only on this stock.
When I use same settings and different stock, I don't have the issue.
