Brisque 3.0-ish Maintenance Question

I have a problem where my files have stopped going from my Mac to the Brisque machine. I had this problem a while ago and after waiting days for tech support, I was told to type in root then ripro on the Brisque and my memory gets fuzzy after that. I think we did a routine maintenance item but I can't remember how to do it again. Anyone happen to know how to help?

go to problem determination.

then customer maintenance.

and hit return twice.

I don't have the brisque in front of me but that's my memory of it.
