Callas pdfToolbox 4.5 transparency flattener problem

Hi everyone. I am using pdfToolbox 4.5 and it seems that the transparency flattener fixup does not work perfectly. After using the flattener in a page with arabic font, some of the arabic text in the page were gone. This is not the case if I used Acrobat's transparency flattener.

This is a "big" problem for me because the transparency flattener is included in the pdf/x-1a fixup in the pdfToolbox. This means that I can not used the PDF/x-1a profile in pdfToolbox reliably. Any thought about this issue?

Was it issue with Callas Toolbox and did you get an update (patch) or was some setting, ...?
It might help someone else if they run into same/similar issue.
