Canon ImagePRESS C6000 problems?

We have been running a Canon c6000 for two days and already the machine has crashed numerous times. Today the machine is completely inoperable. We are getting an error code of E000018-0313 when we boot the machine and the only option available is 'Shutdown'. Currently waiting for the tech.

Just wondering if anyone out there is running this model and having similar issues.

Good luck with Canon Support. If your experience is anything like mine they will tell you that you should have bought the c7000vp instead. After 2 years, 2 CLC4000's (flagship machine at the time) and 2 months of arguing with Canon Finance I finely went with a company that understands what production level support means. Canon is first rate with the office environment though.
